Axle Repair

We've been busy repairing this Ford 6700 front axle witch had seen better days!

We were very happy with how this repair turned out.

Bucket & Bale Spike

ATE attachments out for delivery to a farm in Gloucester. This 8.5ft bucket and 4 bale spike with height adjustable back are well made units built to last!

Boring & Facing

We are currently working our way through boring & facing 21 VB2 hitches for a large manufacturer. Each one weighing in at 1.2 tone. No job is too big or too small for the team at ATE!

Hitachi ZW250 Rear Bonnet

We recently where asked by J Taberner Plant Hire to design and fabricate a rear radiator cover for a Hitachi ZW250 loader as the old plastic one had failed. Both us and the customer where very happy with the result it is now on its way to be painted.

Kubota RTV x 900 repair

We have recently completed this insurance repair on this Kubota RTV x 900. As you can see, it had a heavy impact on the rear damaging chassis members. We managed to cut out all the damage parts and fabricated up our own new ones, and then installed them. The repairs were a success and you would never know it would of happened in the first place!

Line boring

This week we have been busy line boring this Merlo loadall headstock for a new customer. This repair saved them thousands on not having to buy a new one.

Agricultural Equipment

Some agricultural attachments we have just swapped the brackets on, from a Euro 8 to Kramer.

Resent Rotor Balancing

Another busy week straightening and dynamic balancing flail rotors. We are specialists in dynamic balancing and have capacity up to 4 metres long and up to 3 ton.

Tom Cat Rally Car

We have been busy with our Swift-Cut Cutting System, making parts for a Tom Cat rally car for a new customer of ours. Having the Swift Cut enables us to offer engineering/ manufacturing services to many industries.

Lathe Work

Our Harrison M400 lathe has been busy this week, making this one off part for a customer from scratch.

We always work hard to keep tight tolerances and smooth surface finishes as per the customers specifications.

Smaller Projects

Lathe Work

A quick lathe job on a Kuhn flail mower; the bearing had spun on the roller shaft causing it to be destroyed.

We quickly made a new shaft, pressed it into the hub and got it straight back to the custom .

Avant Loader Attachment

One of our new Avant loader grader attachments off to its new home in Scotland.

This attachment is ideal for levelling gravel pathways/ car parks or horses areas.

John Deere S690 Combine Header Repair

Mid-harvest this shaft was damaged due to a baring failure. The customer asked if we could repair it, due to the expense of a new one. We said yes and had it back to the customer within 24 hours.
